Disgusting Service

I took my car to Dent Tech to fix my rear bumper and rear rim. I picked my car up late on Friday afternoon. I was given my car idling. When switching off my car it appeared that the battery was a bit flat but I thought that this was normal as the car was there for almost 2 weeks.<br> The very next morning, my car refused to start. On calling the AA, the AA pointed out to me that it appeared that my battery had been changed and it appeared that stickers were taken off and somebody tried to stick the AA battery on the old battery that was put in my car. I immediately brought this to the attention of Discovery my insurer. On the Monday, I called the panel beater to sort the matter out. I was rudely told by both Sean and Leonard that they do not change batteries. I asked Leonard to please send me the original pictures of my battery when the car was booked in so that we could compare pictures. Leonard rudely told me that they do not have the pictures when I know that pictures were taken by Ettienne when booking my car in. Ettienne even commented that I had an AA battery when he was booking it in. Now conveniently, they don't have the pictures. Beware of Dent Tech. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!!
