DentTech caused three times bigger damage than the original repair.

Dent Tech panel beaters in Randburg damaged the roof of my car while it was in their workshop, for repairs to right front door. See the gouges and scratches on the roof in the photograph below.

I took the car back to Dent Tech and showed these damages to a Leonard Harrold, who stood next to this scaffold in his workshop, and rudely stated that there was nothing in this workshop could have caused this damage. This is an insult to my intelligence Leonard, as anybody working on this scaffold can drop something on the vehicles next to it.

The bracket inside the mirror on the driver door was also broken during their repairs, they refused to replace this and merely glued it together again. This fix wont last and is not acceptable Leonard. The next dirt road I drive on will undo the entire fix.

I requested a written note of their refusal to accept responsibility, including a signature from Leonard, a director at this bussiness, he bluntly said: "Will send you an email", and disappeared to his office. I am not holding my breath.
