Dent Tech Panelbeaters will just end up costing you money

<p>I just need to bring the following poor service to your attention and warn people not to take their cars to Dent Tech Panelbeaters.</p> <p>On the 27th June I got approval from my insurance company to take my car to Dent Tech Panelbeaters for reapairs. I've confirmed the booking with Lewonard and he informed me that they will advice me on a booking date as soon as the parts arrived. </p> <p>2 weeks later I've recveived an email that my car is booked for the 14th July 2016. Well to my surprise 2 weeks later I was notified that I need to collect my car as they dont have the parts and that it will take 3 months for them to get the parts.</p> <p>I had no choice as to wait, in the meantime I've serviced my car and enquired about the parts from SsangYong South Africa. They've informed me it the parts was ordered through them it would take a maximum of 6 weeks for the parts to arrive and that they did not get the order from Dent Tech.</p> <p>This makes me wonder - did they even ordered 100% SsangYong Parts if not done through SsangYong South Africa ? </p> <p>Well at the end of October not 4 months laterI received an email that the parts arrived and that I can book my car in. I was informed that the repairs will take 12-15 working days. On Friday the 11th I was contacted by Dent Tech to collect my car. Due to company procedures I required an invoice for the amount to be paid. Well a week a later a still no invoice and its just one excuse after the other, and in the meantime its costing me money on a rental. One of the Directors Leonard does not even have the common decency to return phonecalls.</p> <p>I havnet had the change of inspection my car but if the repair was done in the same fashion as the general admin I have my doubts.</p> <p>Please stay away from this panelbeater as they will cause you endless frustrations</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
