Bad service for high cost

My insurance sent me to Dent tech panel beater, l am not happy .l was driving my car with different number plates.The other broken trays are not replaced , when l asked l was told l must go for a reclaim . My question is , what the purpose of the assessment if they missed that part? Even my spare wheel,what not on the car .....just when I was about to depatch , l saw another client complaining about her wheels that were not the same, l thought of checking mine .It was not there, l can imagine if l didn't check and l got stuck Even get arrested of different number plates.....
