Bad attitude

Hi every one, I have a complain with the most rude person ever from Dentech Panel beaters Billy in the department that orders parts. <br> He is forever having bad attitude whe I call him to ask the progress on getting the parts for my vehicle, he is so so bad I wish their calls were recorded. The only thing to do he would say he will call you back, as for me, he never called me back even a single day. As for Rihanna, I called her and ask to check a flash drive in my vehicle which consist of a very confidential material and importand one and she said she is going to check it and come back to that was three weeks ago, until now she never came back to me.<br> <br> I am deeply dissapointed on Billy's attitude on the phone, he sounds like he doesn't wanna help any at all.
