I bought 2 jeans last month and still have the receipts to prove it. The assistant was very helpful in getting me the right fit. I'm head over heels over the 1st 2 jeans I bought which turn out to have minor flaws which wasn't visible unless you looking for it. After discovering the flaws I just let it go because I really loved the style and the fit. I went and bought two more after that and even after carefully inspecting the I still managed to get home with flaws on both jeans. I wore the 1st 2 once because they are special occasion jeans and washed them after wearing them. This past Friday I took out the drawstring one and wanted to iron it to wear it to an evening out. To my suprise the jeans was torn and I immediately tried to find the receipt so I could contact the store. No telephone number on the receipt. I googled them and got a whatsapp number. I sent a whatsapp before I left home and got a response while I was out. On Sunday I responded stating my case and that I'll only be able to go to the store on the 29th of May due to work. The response was that they can't help me and the only time they exchange items is within 7days if the item is in the same condition it left the store. So in a nutshell I was told that even if that jeans fell apart a day after I bought it, it can't be exchanged. I'm really annoyed and now I'm not getting any response from them.
