spare keys

I bought a car from Demo Cars on the 7th of July. When i got the car I only received 1 key, I then asked the dealer , where the spare key is , He told me that the spare key will be couried to me within a week, as they were apparently in Cape Town . I then waited and did not receive them. I kept on enquiring and I was told not to worry as the keys will soon arive<br> On the 10th of August,I mistakenly locked my car keys in the boot , I then called Demo Cars to ask for the spare keys . The response I got from the Manager -Mohamed ( Who was very rude ) to an extend that he asked me why I locked the keys in the boot in the 1st place , and hesaid that it is not his problem .He also said that I was aware that there was only 1 key for the car when I bought it, I reminded him of his promise to courier the spare key from Cape town and he said that he does not recall saying that , then he lost it and hung up on me. <br> I am very frustated as Iam typing this mail as my medication and work stuff is locked and stuck in the car.<br> Note Mohamed has made no effort or displayed any remorse or interest to assist me.
