Spare Keys

Hello Peter<br> <br> Please note that these people sold a car to me (White Polo trandline 2012 model Sedan) and they told me I will get spare keys afterwards. They never gave me a key since last year. They kept on telling me stories and I had to waste my petrol and time visiting their garage to seek clarity.<br> <br> Today the Store manager Mahomed told me that they have changed management and the new Regional manager is saying they do not provide spare keys. I need those keys as I have done trade in with that car with Volkswagen Motors and they need those keys.This has financial implication.<br> <br> Your assistance will be much appreciated as I am running out of time with me providing those keys.<br> <br> Regards<br> Thembela Maphumulo<br> ID
