No service book & bad after sale service
We bought a Jeep compass from the dealer in October 2017. There were a few issues we pointed out to the salesman, he promised to have them fixed when we return the vehicles. As he said we must take it and drive to see if we have any complaints besides the ones already mentioned. We returned the vehicle on the 9 November for the dent on the bonnet, polishing of the whole vehicle, the engine light would not switch off and we needed the service book. We were called by the salesman man last week to come pick up the vehicle and we came on the 1 December. The dent was still there, the polishing was not done and the vehicle was dirty, the service book is still not there and the engine light is still on. We can't take it to Jeep as they will need the book and the salesman is no longer taking our calls. We spoke to his manager and he says his new and can't assist with a sale that happened in his absence. We were referred to a guy who does the mechanical and he says he knows nothing about the service book he just fixed what the salesman told him to fix. Which his not mentioning to us but it has to do with the engine light which is still on. We have called numerous times and don't know what to do anymore. We are scared to drive around and maybe we damage the car further as we don't know what the problem is.
