Car can't be released at Nissan

I bought a Nissan NP 200 Bakkie on Jan 2015. Around April (having clocked about 7000km) the car experienced a mechanical problem and I took it Nissan NorthCliff. The warranty underwriters, Motorite wants proof of Pre-delivery Service before they can pay. I notified Demo Cars and they said all is well and they claim Motorite is given all the service records, but Motorite disputes this and rejected the claim. Demo Cars suggested I trade-in the vehicle for a different one under a different finance company with an installment that is 2 times more than what I am currently paying, I rejected this.
