Buyer beware

My husband and I placed a large order on 21 November 2025, paid in full, and then paid an additional hefty sum for insurance. The delivery date came and went with no message or explanation from them. My husband literally called their number 100 times before he reached someone. A new delivery date was given, came and went, with more radio silence. We emailed them to cancel the order on 9 December and were told we would have to wait 30 business days for a refund for goods which were never even shipped. Two months down the line and no refund or communication has been received. We got my husband's bank involved to try and trace and recover our money. They have repeatedly tried to contact Tyme Bank, where we made the deposit, but haven't heard anything. This weekend, we noticed that the Deltasound.co.za website has been suspended, so it's not looking good...
