Buyer beware
My husband and I placed a large order on 21 November 2025, paid in full, and then paid an additional hefty sum for insurance. The delivery date came and went with no message or explanation from them. My husband literally called their number 100 times before he reached someone. A new delivery date was given, came and went, with more radio silence. We emailed them to cancel the order on 9 December and were told we would have to wait 30 business days for a refund for goods which were never even shipped. Two months down the line and no refund or communication has been received. We got my husband's bank involved to try and trace and recover our money. They have repeatedly tried to contact Tyme Bank, where we made the deposit, but haven't heard anything. This weekend, we noticed that the Deltasound.co.za website has been suspended, so it's not looking good...

Delta Sound poor service
Hi Recently bought music item from their online store company called Delta sound (apparently based in Rustenburg). Their online website is Deltasound.co.za and everything appears legitimate. I've done purchase by paying the item in full + delivery fee with an additional insurance fee that was required, I was promised delivery last week but it's now a week after the promised delivery and to date received anything. With multiple attempts calling the company and sending emails, I don't receive any response or calls being answered.

Delta Sound poor service

Delta sound - Is this a ****?
Hi Has anyone ever dealt with a music instrument sales company called Delta sound apparently based in Rustenburg. This company has and online website deltasound.co.za and everything appears legitimate and the pricing seems good. I purchased a piano keyboard, paid in full including courier fees, I was then asked to further pay for travel insurance which I did, I was promised delivery last week but it's now almost 4 days after the promised delivery and I've received nothing. I stopped receiving emails and more and more this is starting to feel like a ****. It's the worse time of the year to be ****med especially if it involves buying gifts. Has anyone ever dealt with Delta sound? This is the contact details listed on the website and no one ever answers the contact number. Can anyone even confirm if this company even exists at the address below.
