Worst brand and service ever!

Worst customer service from Delonghi

I will never buy this brand again!

I've had my coffee machine for 2 months and it stopped working.

-handed in. Request a new machine. Not repaired! -they need the accessories.. sent it to them... -they misplaced the accessories -heard nothing.. waiting and waiting. -follow up.. 5th time. Now they need 1 more day -Fed up, I now asked for a refund. -they declinded the refund. Yet according to the customer protection act, I can ask for a refund within 6 months of purchase. -now they fixed the machine without my consent after I asked for a new machine. Again.. another reason i want a refund now -again follow up. Now they can't find the jobcard to see what was wrong. Now they want to do another accesment. Why?

Back and forth.. going from one department to another. Do they even know what they're doing. I don't want this brand if this is their customer service.

It's been 65 days. They officially have the machine longer than I've had it.
