Where is my machine!!!`

I took my machine to Kenton Agencies in Cape Town, the company has closed down and taken my coffee machine with them. I have contacted Delonghi head office which then gave me the number of someone in Cape Town which they then told me to get back to the head office again. This is becoming pathetic it has been almost 6 months. Could someone please do something about my coffee machine, they have basically ****** it. My job number is 10453.
