Total lack of quality

Bought a De'Longhi gas stove 2 years ago, paid a fortune. It cost way more than other brands but we thought we were buying quality. What a waste, we have had technicians out 4 times in the the last 2 years to replace the knobs on the stove that are cheap plastic and keep breaking. The technician told me I was not using the knobs incorrectly FFS!!! Totally disappointed and disgusted with the lack of quality in this product. Cheap plastic *******, you would be much better off buying any other brand except this one
