Shocking after sales service

I also have had terrible experience with S&H Technologies. My coffee machine took ages to be repaired, no feedback and even a quote provided. The machine was returned dirty and scratches on. The level of service received was pathetic. If this is how Delonghi support their customers with after sales service, you can forget me purchasing another product again.
