Poor product. Zero customer service

De Longhi (Made in China)

Purchase a De Longhi Dedica Arte EC885.BG machine directly from De Longhi on 22 March 2024.

It is for home use. It is used once a day and routinely descaled once a month.

The machine is just over 8 months old and has to be replaced. And not by De Longhi — even though it’s still under warranty

Replaced as in. I have to chuck this one out and buy a brand new coffee machine at my own expense

I’ve tried buying Kenwood & De Longhi. Unfortunately neither last. It’s instant coffee for me from now on.
