Poor or no customer service

Disgusting service from Appliance Services, Bryanston, Crammer View Center. My wife took a coffee machine in for a service on the 16th Jan 2019. It took, 3 weeks after phoning them and emailing as to obtian feedback and a quote. Was told after accepting the quote that it would take a week, still no feedback from them. Poor front of the house / customer service by not returning phone calls or emails regarding feedback
