Poor customer service

My heater is one of those that have been recalled, model SRI, ser no:50423. I logged the call on the 7th of March 2016 ref. GAS_1068. I was informed that i will be contacted within the next 5-7 weeks. I have since being following up and until today, my heater has not been repaired. I have escalated the issue again last week and no response.<br> <br> unhappy Delongi customer<br> <br>
