Please resolve my 3 year old complaint!

Kenwood I have been complaining about my food processor for 3 years. You cannot tell me what is seen in this video is a normal way for this appliance to operate. Sershan Perumal you responded to my messages initially, but after a couple of months you just stopped and ignored my messages and emails. This is really useless and pathetic customer service. Please just refund me for the machine, or exchange it as I cannot use this pathetic machine.
