Overpriced coffee maker that breaks all the time

In November 2012, I bought my wife a De Longhi Prima Donna S de luxe coffee machine at Dions wired in Pretoria North. The thing was working fine for about 9 months. After 9 months, it did not froth any milk for a cappuccino. Actually it did not even pour any milk from the milk jug, only steam. I took it back to Dion Wired, who send it in to De Longhi to get fixed. After about 2 months, it was returned to us, and guess what. It still had the exact same issue, nothing was done. I send it back. 2 Months later, it was returned to us. Telling us the milk jug was the issue and they replaced the milk jug. After 2 weeks, it broke yet again, this time, it just gave a critical error, and did not want to heat any water. I had to drive to maraisburg for the day so that the technicians could look at it. They returned it fixed. About 2 months later the milk jug problem started again. I phoned them and asked them how much is a replacement milk jug. R4000! A third of the machine's price. I finally found a milk jug in germany for R400. But they problem is still there. I took it to a repair man, according to him, the water pump is faulty. So in two years, I have had roughly about 6 issues.PAthetic!!
