NO RESPONSE

Purchased a EAM23.46 bean to cup espresso machine in December 2014. About two months down the line, the machine started leaking (under the drip tray and condensator tray). After lengthy arguments and threats, in June 2015 I exchanged this machine for a new one. NOW AGAIN, this machine is leaking, and when phoning Elias, I was told that \our machines don't leak\". Well, I have news for your. This machine is barely nine months old, and I will not drive 200km to drop it off, be without a machine for who knows how long. I thus suggest that Delonghi AGAIN replaces this machine, but defintely not with the same model, as there seems to be a problem with it. Am I the only one who notices the leak??
