No Customer Service Empty promises

Terrible service from delonghi. I sent a Gas heater in for repairs because it was not working properly. I had to wait 2 weeks for the repairs and bought another Delonghi oil heater to tide me over whilst we were waiting for the repairs. Low and behold the Oil heater packed up within those 2 weeks. I returned it and got a refund because after this experience I have no faith in the quality of Delonghi. I phoned delonghi yesterday (14-07-2015) to tell them that my gas heater is still not working and they said that they will phone me back. Obviously they didn't and i phoned today again and I get no joy. So now I must sit without a heater again!!!
