Expensive brand bame , but cheap equipment and service.

During the month of April 2024, I purchased a coffee machine, within hours of receiving the product , I have registered my warranty. Funny day one machine worked perfect. But day 2 the milk frother did not work, this stupid machine with an expensive name and price ain't working. I reported it to the both the store and manufacturer, no joy I have received. The manufacturer send an e mail back saying if I need parts to be replaced I should purchase them where. The store have been asking for alot of videos still no help.
