Exceptional Service

Two years ago, I bought a Delonghi Coffee Machine in Germany and brought it back with me to South Africa. When it stopped working, I took it back to Germany for repairs. It came back without the problem fixed, so I took it to Delonghi in Maraisburg. They had no problem to look at the machine and not only repaired it for me under the original guarantee, but also delivered it back to me in Pretoria. <br> <br> Whoever is the branch manager, should be complimented on my pleasant experience, and it is not only from the service consultants, but it starts at the security personnel at the front gate.<br> <br> I am so impressed by this level of service. Unheard of in South Africa and a defenite factor in me buying a Delonghi, Braun or Kenwood machine again.
