excellent customer service

<p>I bought a DeLonghi Ecam23.21X bean to cup espresso machine and when it was time to clean the inside (infuser) I could not retrieve the part in order to clean it. (I actually missed an important point in the instruction booklet), I sent a query on their SA website yesterday and the JHB office phoned me the same day. I was not at home and the lady promised to phone me at an arranged time when I would be at home. At that exact time , a technician phoned me and took me through all the steps to clean my machine. He was very friendly and patient. Now that is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!</p>
