de'longhi South Africa has rude people working for them and service is up to scratch

the worst service ever , i have been waiting 3 months for feedback on spares . The lady at delonghi , just don't care i have to phone them 3 to 4 times a week asking on progress and if they could help . she has taken my number down numerous times and new phoned me back .

I will never in my life support the company again
