De'Longhi *******.

STAY AWAY! These people are ******* artists. We took our machine in for a quote to repair. We had to chase them daily to get a price. They never called us. Finally on the 4th day we got a price which was crazy expensive ( more than half the price of a new machine). We said no, and then had to pay over R300 for the quote and collected our machine. We have subsequently had our machine repaired by a 3rd party at a fraction of the cost and it is perfect! I am told that this is their modus operandi - they quote high prices, people say no and they dont want to pay the quote fee and leave their machine there. De-Longhi then fix the machine and sell it at a huge profit!
