Delonghi - problem with Service agents S&H CPTN

Dear Delonghi<br> <br> Your (only approved service agent in CPTN) has cured me from ever buying or recommending a Delonghi product again. For more detail go and see my post on S&H Electronics and 4Home. <br> <br> To summarise, they do not understand what customer service is and appear to be completely ***********.
