DELONGHI MAGNIFICA EVO MACHINE

Bought a DELONGHI MAGNIGIVA EVO *** Coffee machine 25.05.2024, (recommended above all coffee machines by the Sales person at Makro) since we bought it, it will through the milk at times. (First time having such machine and did not know what the machine should do) Even if I clean and descale as required. It then started to make the coffee very weak, does not matter the grinding setting the coffee was like water. I had to return it to Makro Alberton New Market 21.11.2024, no feedback yet. Only that repairs/assessment can take up to 6 weeks. Paid a lot for a machine that cant be used. Now I understand why people give these machines away even if they receive this as a gift.
