Delonghi kettle not worth the money

I am so disappointed with this brand . It's a brand that expensive and one pay for quality and service. I bought a kettle about 3 to 4 year my kettle has bubbled up and the wrapping around it is almost all off what the actual it looks disgusting so I can use it anymore infront of people. I've email the brand and the response was that management would contact me nothing happened. I had a cheap brand it stayed on top contrition but this expensive brand o no not again
