DeLonghi Gas Heaters are *******!

I am very unhappy with the service I've received for the repair/refund on a DeLonghi 3-panel gas heater. Assessment note is: ***. This is the second heater that has been faulty. First one broke outside the warranty period and after unsuccessfully trying to repair it privately, it now sits broken in my garage! Bought new heater, it started giving the same problems within a month of purchase. Sent in for repairs to S&H via Makro, where it was bought and got it back supposedly repaired. Again it sparked intermittently and the panels didn't ignite. Returned for a refund and now I'm told you are refusing to refund me as "it's working" This is not acceptable! There is something wrong with these heaters and I'm not accepting that it's fine. I'm now having to use a borrowed old vintage gas heater from 30 years ago and that works better than DeLonghi!!! I should at the very least be refunded for the heater that's currently sitting at Makro for collection because "there's nothing wrong with it" Will NEVER buy your products again!
