Delonghi Gas Heater recalled - Still no Technician

<p>On the 25th of April I received an email that our gas heater had been recalled. Until today nobody has been to my office to fix the problem. The reply I received on email: "Good morning, I tried to call you to no avail, I have escalated your case to my supervisor for further assistance" According to me, I have not received one phone call and I have emailed them twice after that. Still no technician and no supervisor phone call nothing! Very very poor service! </p>
