i called this company for a quote for a switch, was told they dont quote on the phone ,i have to bring in the heater ,when i told them i was 200 km away and not prepared to drive to their offices, suddenly they could give me a quote, so why lie in the first place ,typical of big 3rd world local dealership mentality when dealing with customers, then i was told if i cannot afford the quote to repair the heater,i would still have to pay r150.00 to have the heater returned to me or they keep the machine ,basically ******ing money from you if their quote was too high so **** YOU DELONGHI SOUTH AFRICA,YO BUNCH OF ****ING *******
