Delonghi Esam 6900

I bought a Delonghi Esam 6900 mid May 2015. The first machine that I bought was a faulty machine it didnt even turn on. I paid R16 000 for a coffee thats totally dead. I had to drive back to dion wired to replace the machine. I have this machine for 2.5 to 3 months. Since the beginning the machine dont even make the froth warm. Again I paid R16000 for a coffee machine that cant even make the milk warm. I thought that it would become better but not. This past weekend a friend made coffee with their R4000 Delonghi coffee machine and the milk was hot. I can keep my fingers below the milk and it feels like normal milk. I send a complaint to Delonghi on monday and today but no feedback. So I phone them and was on the phone for 10 minutes with their staff and they put me to the managers phone but nobody answered and I left a message. Nobody has called me back. I phoned at 10:51 to the following number ***. I bought the top of the range delonghi machine that can't do what a R500 froth machine can do. <br> <br> Regards<br> Eben Visser
