Delonghi Agent repairs

I have bought a ECAM23.450 coffee machine in 2011.The machine started to leak an abnormal amount of water in the drip tray.I took the machine to the repair agent in Montague Gardens, Kenton Agencies CC, on 13/7/15 and they told me that it will take +-10-15 working days to repair.I phoned several times from 29/7/15 and was told that they will phone me back, but didn't. I phoned again on 5/8/2015 and was told that the person working on my machine will phone me that same day or today once they know what is wrong.I had to phone again late this afternoon and was told that the boiler was leaking if there is too much water in the drip tray and said it would cost me +-R1500 to repair. I told him that machine is 4 years old and that I can't believe that the boiler will only last 4 years and we only used it on weekends. He said that it \happens"Then he said that it might be that some of the pipes are leaking"
