Danger to kids

It is disappointing that this brand publish an article in the newspapers to recall their faulty heaters as they are concerned about the risks due to a fault in one of their heaters - namely the risk of explosion , carbon monoxide poisoning amongst others. This seems like a responsible thing to do by a company, unfortunately, it seems like a PR stunt as we have logged a call 2.5 months ago and after at least 8 calls and receiving false promises from the manager Nomokazi, we are yet to have our heater replaced. Delonghi - please keep to your promise and repair our heaters. We have young kids including a baby and this is posing a danger. Please respond to job number GAS1152. It is disappointing that after supporting your brand for years, you have let us down.
