Coffee machine makes cold coffee

Unhappy with my Bean to cup coffee maker machine that I purchased from Makro in February 2019. The problem is that the water temperature is too cold and the steam pressure is very low. This bad combination results in always cold cappuccinos or warm coffees. I have never had a chance to take it back to Makro for repairs or refund due to the Covid 19 lockdown. This machine cost me a lot of money and looks very good but the makes cold coffee. Please can someone from Delongi SA advise if this problem can be fixed or if I should return the machine for a refund and buy another brand that can make hot coffee.
