Called twice and have had no response

I bought a dolce gusto machine and it has just stopped working. I called customer care twice and both times was told that someone in Cape Town will contact me for repair of my machine. It has just stopped working doesn't even come on anymore. I'm really not impressed have spent money in a machine that now doesn't work.
