Bad quality Product

I bought a new DeLonghi - STILOSA MANUAL PUMP ESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE - EC260.BK . The machine lasted 6 weeks and broke down. I specifically went with this brand as the previous Delonghi lasted 6 years! The Machine was sent in to Servicetec for an assessment and repair, received it back just to break down 3 days later. Hoping to get my money back or the machine replaced.
