Zero client service

I bought a Dell Inspiron 3580 and contacted Dell for information regarding an upgrade I want to do. Not only did they only answer me back once, they also gave me the incorrect information and simply did not respond after that. So if you are looking for a Tech company that sell products they don't know themselves and just sell the product and not support the client after the sale, I can Highly recommend Dell computers! A full 1 out of 5 starts from me. Keep it up!
