Very very bad service

This my worst experience ever, I've never thought a such big company as Dell can have such a bad service, I had an opportunity to supply 104 Dell Laptops to a certain department, when I contacted Dell for RFQ I couldn’t reach their reception let alone their sales dep. I called more than 20 times without a success, sometimes they made me hold for 20-30 mins after that they just hanged up. I even tried to contact their so-called head office but the service was the same.
