Very good quick service

<p>I found dead pixels on my Dell laptop, loggedn on to the Dell web site, typed in my serial number and got all my info. Could run diagnostic tests and showed that my Laptop was still under warranty. I logged a call and a week later they came to my office and replaced the screen no questions asked. Very good, friendly, quick service thanks.</p>
