You are a technology company right? Then why must I jump through 140 000 hoops when all I need is to send you an email with photo's of a faulty laptop battery? Phoning also took me through a menu of 140 000 options and my call wasn't answered. Wake up companies and make it easy for your customers to talk to you!!!
