Urgent: Refund Pending for Over 3 Months

It has been over three months now since Dell was supposed to process my refund of R9000. However, every time I follow up, I receive no assistance. I am repeatedly told to wait 24 or 48 hours or that the finance department cannot be reached.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of support. I simply need my refund to be processed, but I am not receiving any helpful responses. Please escalate this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
