Unhappy customer

<p>I spent so much money buying a dell laptop thinking that it would be a good buy, but I guess not.</p> <p>A Dell laptop is only meant for technicians as when you logg a call then they want to rouble shoot with you, walk you through fixing the problem.</p> <p>HELLLOOOO, If i wanted to be an IT tehnician i would have studied it, dont you think??????</p> <p>The charger supp**** with the laptop keep on giving errors of not being compatible, have complained to Dell and a technician was sent, but keep on getting the same problem!</p> <p>So I gues my money is down the drain because when the warranty expires who will fix it??? O I forgot, they expect you to already have an IT Degree when you purchase a dell laptop!!!</p> <p>WILL NEVER RECOMMEND A DELL LAPTOP TO ANYONE, RATHER STICK TO LENOVO OR HP!!!</p>
