I bought a monitor 2 years ago which started blinking to black screen and when on with a snow like display. They assisted me remotely with the usual trouble shooting advice related to PC drivers and connection cables but after sharing my evaluation procedure with them that identified the monitor as faulty only when connected via HDMI they agreed to replace my monitor. 3 Days later a new monitor arrived from a courier.
