Total lack of service and faulty new computer

I bought a brand new Dell Vostro laptop and have had nothing but problems since I bought it. A faulty USB port, it needed a motherboard replacement and still has constant problems. I tried to contact Dell myself after my IT service company were unable to get hold of them but they are almost impossible to get a hold of.
