TERRIBLE SERVICE

Worst manufacturing brand I have ever seen! Can get hold of support when ever you try and phone it is out of office hours. You guys are just so ****** useless! Never in my life will I purchase dell or recommend it to someone not even to my biggest enemy!

Less then a year ago we bought a Dell Inspiron 15 for my wife. all of a sudden the battery stopped working and performance is up to chit. If you check the Express Service Code it says the warranty is expired but the laptop is not even a year old. When its being advertised its advertised with a two year warranty. It should be a guarantee because the guarantee you it will break with in the first 12 months or you will struggle with in the first 12 months.

We need to get a new battery but seems to be impossible.
