Regretting the minute I bought it

<p>Salesman advertised laptop saying if anything goes wrong dell would come to you and fix it. It has been throwing lines across the screen within the first week, when we called Dell service was useless! About 2 years later it freezes whenever I want to go onto the internet and still has the lines across the screen when the screen is tilted. Worst decision buying this laptop</p>
